Graphic Designer


The Graphic Designer is responsible to create and execute visual concepts, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate targeted audiences. He/She will assist in strategic brainstorming on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Insure that A&S Chronora, Rolex and Tudor guidelines are being respected by all parties (logo use, family name of creations properly mentioned, products descriptions etc…
  2. Develop monthly newsletters for brands
  3. Propose & execute creative designs for all internal communication tools:  ex letterhead, business cards, envelopes etc… Follow up on their production and delivery with suppliers
  4. Handle greetings on a monthly basis by creating the concept and providing them on time to the CRM manager
  5. Coordinate between the brands creative international departments and the local media on a timely basis to get the material on time and deliver them on time (after check)
  6. Check positioning of ads vs other competing watches before final ok on placements
  7. Develop encarts on a monthly basis respecting the monthly deadlines
  8. Develop all creative material related to events (such as invitations, emailers, envelopes etc…
  9. Develop the creative aspect of targeted campaigns (wedding, graduation etc)
  10. Support occasionally social media posts development
  11. Update the website design and content regularly insuring consistency in layout and texts following the agreed upon objectives
  12. Work on the identity of strategic projects like a loyalty plan
  13. Work on the identity of new business from scratch
  14. Assist in the creation of the media plan and the coordination with the media


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience


  • Excellent IT skills, especially with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustration
  • Movie editing skills is a plus
  • Application and website design is a plus (User interface and user experience)
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation

  • An understanding of the latest trends
  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
  • English is a must, French is a plus
