The Receptionist is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering and transferring telephone calls, and handling company’s inquiries.
Welcome guests and redirect them to the right floor.
Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
Answer telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
Responsible for the order, purchase and receiving of stationary.
Make and follow up on travel arrangements for staff and general management and arrange for accommodation when necessary.
BA in Business Administration or Hospitality or any related field.
Background in Hospitality is a must, preferably Hotels.
Excellent customer service knowledge.
Proficient in English. French is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Telephone Etiquette.
