SAV Assistant

Overview

The SAV Assistant provides clerical support in the SAV workshop to ensure efficient operation and customer service.


Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome customers and redirect them.

  2. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

  3. Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone and via e-mails.

  4. Respond to customer enquiries received via website in coordination with the direct manager.

  5. Receive customer complaints and report them to the direct manager.

  6. Handle the primary level of clients' data entry and CRM


Qualifications

  • University degree.

  • Previous work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or Front Office Representative.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Knowledge of telephone etiquette.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Fluent in English and French.


working schedule

  • Monday till Friday from 9:30 till 19:00

  • Saturday from 9:30 till 18:00

  • Sunday is off
