Boutique Administrative Assistant

Overview

The Boutique Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative and boutique support activities.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Process tasks related to Sales and After-Sales services operations such as cash counting, card payment, invoice preparation, guarantee filling...
  2. Assist Sales Advisors in the selling process mainly shadowing and general customer service tasks (gift wrapping, catalogue offering and Rolex magazine offering …)
  3. Receive calls and call customers on issues related to After-Sales operations in coordination with Boutique Manager
  4. Assist the Finance team in accounting and finance related tasks (Inventory, stock management, cash, invoicing…)
  5. Gather, copy, sort and file records boutique activities, sales transactions and other activities
  6. Answer and direct boutique incoming calls

Qualifications

  • BA in Business Administration, preferably with Accounting and Finance emphasis
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience in point of sales and invoicing is a plus
