Boutique Administrative Assistant
The Boutique Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative and boutique support activities.
- Process tasks related to Sales and After-Sales services operations such as cash counting, card payment, invoice preparation, guarantee filling...
- Assist Sales Advisors in the selling process mainly shadowing and general customer service tasks (gift wrapping, catalogue offering and Rolex magazine offering …)
- Receive calls and call customers on issues related to After-Sales operations in coordination with Boutique Manager
- Assist the Finance team in accounting and finance related tasks (Inventory, stock management, cash, invoicing…)
- Gather, copy, sort and file records boutique activities, sales transactions and other activities
- Answer and direct boutique incoming calls
- BA in Business Administration, preferably with Accounting and Finance emphasis
- 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
- Experience in point of sales and invoicing is a plus
