Rolex Service Centers are staffed by highly-skilled watchmakers who follow precise technical procedures and use only genuine Rolex replacement parts, tools, equipment and technical documentation.
The Rolex service procedure is designed to ensure that every timepiece leaving a Rolex workshop complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications. Each movement is completely overhauled and each case and bracelet is meticulously refinished to restore its lustre. Timekeeping accuracy and water-resistance are rigorously tested to guarantee the level of quality and reliability you naturally expect from a Rolex watch. After a service, it is important to wind your Rolex manually before wearing it for the first time. To do this, unscrew the crown to the winding position and turn it clockwise about 20 times. Please remember to screw the crown back down properly against the case in order to guarantee waterproofness.
Rolex Watch Identification
The serial number is unique to your watch and its movement.
It allows Rolex watchmakers to ascertain the original configuration of your timepiece.
Our watchmakers not only have the necessary experience in Horology, but are also regularly trained by Rolex SA. Before carrying out a service, a highly-skilled Rolex-trained watchmaker conducts a thorough diagnostic examination of your watch. After carefully examining the case and bracelet, the watchmaker extensively tests and inspects the movement to determine exactly what service procedures will be necessary to ensure your watch meets Rolex's stringent performance requirements.
